Tariff Exclusion Intelligence

Pricing

The record is free. One thing is for sale: a line-by-line answer, for your own imports, to what happens on 9 November 2026 — while there is still time to act on it.

What none of this is. No engagement here predicts the outcome of a tariff exclusion request or what USTR will decide next. As of 2026-09-09 there is no live US process that accepts an exclusion request. Nothing here is legal or customs advice.

Checkout is not armed yet. The Brief below will be bought by card on Stripe's own page once the owner has completed the steps in the project's decisions log. Until then its button opens an email.

November 10 Brief

$450

Fixed price, up to 25 HTS lines, pay by card. 26–250 lines: $1,200 fixed, invoiced — the same report.

If any of your imports relies on one of the 179 Section 301 exclusions that lapse on 9 November 2026, its duty goes back up for entries after that date — by 25% of value on 154 of them and 7.5% on 25. Send up to 25 HTS lines. Within two business days you get, line by line, what goes back up, what that is in dollars at your own values, and what else already sits on the same line.

As of 9 September 2026, 61 days remain to 9 November 2026. The last three times these exclusions were extended, the Federal Register notice was published 5, 2 and 2 days after the date they were due to lapse.

How buying the Brief works

  1. Pay on Stripe's own page. This site has no server and never sees a card number.
  2. Send your lines — a CSV with an HTS column, plus value and origin if you have them. Template. Or send your ES-003 export and we convert it, confirming the line count with you first.
  3. Within two business days, a self-contained report by email: HTML that prints to PDF, and plain text.
  4. When USTR publishes its decision on these exclusions, a re-check showing what changed for your lines — included through 30 November 2026.

Fixed price, up to 25 HTS lines, pay by card. 26–250 lines: $1,200 fixed, invoiced — the same report.

Described, but not sold

Line Watch and Objection & Comment Support are described so you can see exactly what exists and what does not. Neither takes money until its missing pieces are built and have run.

⛔ We will sometimes tell you not to buy. If ES-003 and the free list answer your question, use them.
