Privacy
This website collects nothing
That is a statement about how it is built, not a policy promise. The site is a set of static files. It has no server, no database, no analytics, no tag manager, no cookies, no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else's domain, and no forms. There is no mechanism by which it could collect anything about you.
Your browser stores nothing on our behalf. The one interactive feature — filtering the HTS heading list — runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
What your host can still see
Whoever serves these files sees standard request logs — IP address, page requested, user agent — as any web server does. That is the hosting provider's processing, under their policy, and it is the full extent of it.
If you email us
You send us whatever is in your email. It is used to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work. It is not sold, shared, or added to any marketing list, because there is no marketing list.
If you become a client
HTS lines, product lists and import footprints are confidential, are never published, and are never used in public analysis. They are held only as long as the engagement and any professional record-keeping obligation requires.
If you pay
Payment is handled entirely by a third-party processor on their own systems. We receive confirmation that a payment occurred and the information needed to invoice. We never see your card number. Their privacy policy governs that transaction.
People named in the public record
The dockets analysed here name the organisations that filed requests and responses. Those are public United States government filings, reported as filed. This site publishes aggregate analysis by product class, heading and tranche; it does not publish requester or law-firm success rankings, and does not compile profiles of any filer.
If you are named in a public filing and believe something here mischaracterises it, write to us and it will be corrected.
